Step 1: Click on Participate Now button visible on website menu.
Step 2: Enter Indian 10 digit mobile number and click on “Send OTP” button.
Step 3: Enter OTP received on your mobile number and click on Verify button.
Step 4: Enter Personal Information and Postal Address details in the registration form.
Step 5: Select check box and Click on Register Button.
Step 6: You will see registration success pop up. Click on Ok button.
You will receive registration success email and SMS. Please copy password sent via email / SMS and use it for tournament participation login process.
Note: Each participant first needs to generate his/ her GOID by registering and then enter for the chosen categories and proceed to payments.
Step 1: Click on Login button visible on website menu.
Step 2: Enter User Name and Password.
(Username is your registered 10 digit mobile number. And use password that has been sent to you through registration success email/SMS)
Step 3: click on login button. Done!
Step 1: Login to your account.
Step 2: After login you will be redirected to participation details page. Click on Participate Now button.
Step 3: You can see all the categories of Gadre Gaspar Open Tennis Tournament. Select the check box of the category you want to participate in.
Note1: Based on age and gender, the categories you are eligible for will be active for you and rest categories will be disabled.
Note2: Veterans Participation: Max 2 categories allowed per player, Open: Max 3 categories allowed per player).
Note3: If you are checking on mobile please scroll vertically and horizontally to check the content in the category table.
Step 4: Participating for Singles
If you are participating in Singles category then after checking its check box click on Participate button visible at the bottom.
– Select I agree to the SOP check box and click on make payment.
– Select payment method and make payment.
Done! You will receive participation success email and SMS.
Participating for Doubles
If you are participating in Doubles category then after checking its check box click on “Add Partner” button. ( You can add partner who has registered himself on Gadre Gaspar Open. Keep his/her GOID with you for doubles participation process.)
– It will open the pop up to add partner’s GOID. Enter GOID and click on OK. Based on max limit if the GOID you entered available or not.
– Then click on Participate button visible at the bottom. Select I agree to the SOP check box and click on make payment.
– Select payment method and make payment.
Done! You will receive participation success email and SMS. Your partner will also be notified through email and SMS.
Following is age eligibility criteria:

– Min age for each category in open should be minimum 6 years.
– Minimum age for 90+ doubles is 35 years.
– Minimum age for 110+ & 120+ doubles is 40 years.
(Subject to attaining combined age of each category)
Following are the categories and the fee structure :

– For cancellation of your participation, the participant needs to write an email to support@gadregasparopen.com mentioning the reason for cancelling the entry / entries.
– The Tournament Committee will review the cancellation request and take appropriate action.
– Please note that the Tournament Committee has full rights to deny any refund of entry fees collected, in case the cancellation request is found to be unreasonable.

If you are trying to login and forgot your password, you can easily recover your password.
Step 1: Click on “forgot password” link available on login page.
Step 2: Enter your 10 digit registered mobile number. And click on Send OTP button.
Step 3: Enter OTP received on your number.
Step4: Enter new password and click on reset password button. Done!
Step 1: Click on “user” icon on right corner. Click on view profile menu.
Step 2: In Profile Details page click on edit icon.
Step 3: Edit profile details and click on save button.
Step 1: Click on “user” icon on right corner. Click on change password menu.
Step 2: Enter old password and new password. Click on save button.
